The Nexx Y.Travl is an adventure helmet that provides an affordable and reliable option. Designed for both comfort and performance, this full-face helmet offers great features such as a 22.06 certification meaning it was tested and approved according to the latest and strictest safety standards.

Material

The Nexx Y.Travl was constructed from a durable Polycarbonate material. Due top this material, the Nexx Y.Travl weighs around 1825g , but it does offer high amounts of safety and protection. The helmet includes the new EPS Glue-Less System for enhanced impact protection from the inside and comes in two shell sizes.

2 shell sizes isn’t a lot, as more shell sizes would mean a better fitting and more compact outershell.

Visor

The Nexx Y.travl features a wide visor on this polycarbonate helmet offers excellent visibility, improving rider awareness during travel. The visor is also Pinlock prepared which is nice to see, as pinlock lenses should do a good job at preventing the visor from fogging up.

The Nexx Y.Travl is equipped with an integrated sun visor that can be easily adjusted via a slider on the upper left-hand side. It also features a compact visor mechanism that seals the visor tightly to he shell, preventing win or water from entering the helmet.

Ventilation

There are two air intakes: one on the chin piece and one on top of the helmet, both operable by sliding. This allows you to have more control over the temperature inside the helmet. The helmet also features four exhausts, two integrated into the rear spoiler and another two below the spoiler to expel warm air efficiently.

The Nexx Y.Travl’s anti-vibration peak system and aerodynamic rear spoiler ensure stability at high speeds.

Comfort

The interior remains breathable and comfortable with X-MART Dry fabrics that wick away moisture. This is nice to see as this helps the interior to stay as clean as possible.

The anti-noise cheek pads help reduce wind noise, allowing riders to focus on the road. The Nexx Y.Travl also includes reflectors, increasing visibility during night rides or darker times of the day. It’s also X.COM3 and X.COM3 PRO ready for communication out on the road or streaming music.

Furthermore, it comes with a removable action camera mount for side mounting. This allows you to capture your adventurous rides easily.

Lastly, there is a micro-metric buckle to keep the Nexx Y.Travl secure.
