The Nexx X.R3R is designed for professional track riders, combining cutting-edge aerodynamics and race-ready features. With advanced CFD analysis and wind tunnel testing. This racing helmet is optimized for the highest speeds, and its dynamic weight is balanced for 0 weight at 160 km/h.

It is certified for ECE 22.06 certified, But its also available in another version which carries an ECE 22.06, DOT and FIM certificication for riders that need the optimal helmet for racing competitions. This full-face helmet delivers high performance with various shell options for elite motorcyclists.

Material

This helmet is available in a carbon- and fiberglass version.The X-PRO Carbon version weighs around 1350g, and the X-MATRIX2 Fiberglass version weighs around 1650g.

Both come with 3 shell sizes which is pretty decent. The more shell sizes a helmet has, the better it fits and protects. The X-PRO Carbon is built with 3K carbon fabric, reducing weight while increasing strength. The X-MATRIX2 Fiberglass integrates multi-composite fibers for strong, lightweight protection for excellent shock absorption as well.

Visor

The Nexx X.R3R features a strong and wide visor with a double-lock safety system. Its mechanism features a rubber layer which prevents wind or water from entering the Nexx helmet and allows for a quick and easy removal of the visor.

Its field of view is very wide, providing riders with a 225 degrees horizontal view and a 85 degrees vertical view. This is nice to see, as this improves vision during intense racing conditions. Its also prepared for tear-offs and a pinlock lens. A pinlock lens prevents the visor from fogging up.

Lastly, all versions (apart from the Plain color versions) come equipped with either smoked or colored visor plus a clear visor in the box. And all versions come with a Pinlock 120 XLT in the box.

Ventilation

The Air Dynamic System features 6 inlets and 4 exhausts:

• 2 chin vents: one internally controlled and one externally controlled.
• 2 vents above the visor, controlled by a central switch.
• 2 upper side vents, each with independent control.

The Chin Speed-Flow System channels airflow across the visor and face. It basically allows air to covert he visor form the inside further preventing the visor from fogging up.

The channels inside distribute cool air throughout the carbon helmet, maintaining a fresh interior even in high-pressure track environments.

Comfort

The liner is removable and washable, and the Adaptive Crown fit system ensures a personalized fit. The interior uses X.MART DRY fabrics, which are anti-sweat and anti-allergic, for all-day racing comfort.

The cheek pads are designed with the Emergency Strap V2 system for quick removal in case of an accident. By pulling the straps, the cheekpads will come out immediately.

The Nexx X.R3R also includes a double D-ring with a magnetic button to maintain a solid fit, removable chinstrap cover, wind stopper, and breath guard for added convenience.
